⭐ Requirements

To qualify for the Puppy Foundations Package, puppies must meet all of the following:

• Under 6 months of age
• No matting present (matting fees cannot be applied to this program)
• Second session must be completed within 2 weeks of the first appointment
• If the second session is booked later than 2 weeks, the package resets and full price will be charged again
• A two‑session introductory grooming program designed to build confidence, trust, and lifelong grooming comfort.

You pay once at Session 1.

Session 2 is FREE when completed within 2 weeks.

A gentle, confidence‑building introduction to grooming.

• Bath
• Blow Dry

• Light bum/feet/face tidy
• Introduction to clippers, scissors, dryers, table, and handling
• Slow, positive exposure to each tool
• Treats, praise, breaks, and reassurance
• Focus on socialization and creating positive associations

This session teaches your puppy that grooming is safe, calm, and fun.

⭐ Session 2 — “Puppy Graduation Groom”

A full groom — if your puppy is developmentally ready.

• Full haircut (Buzz, Teddy, or Fluffy style)
• Repeat exposure to all tools and handling
• Reinforcement of everything learned in Session 1
• Continued confidence building
• Extra patience and breaks

This session helps your puppy remember the process, feel comfortable, and build a lifelong foundation for stress‑free grooming.
